On January 7, 2022, BioRegen Biomedical (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. held an annual meeting banquet themed by “Ready for Development and Drawing Brilliance Together”. BIOREGEN employees gathered to look back on 2021 and look forward to 2022.
The annual meeting kicked off with the New Year’s address by Dr. Shu Xiaozheng, Founder of BIOREGEN, Ms. Wang Yunyun, Vice President of Operations, and Mr. Ying Huijin, Vice President of Marketing. Company leaders acknowledged the excellent achievements made by employees in 2021, and also put forward new prospects and pursuits for the company’s operation, management and performance in 2022, in hope of leading the company to another brilliant future with the joint efforts of BIOREGEN employees.
At this annual meeting, BIOREGEN employees gave full play to their talents and brought a great variety of programs for everyone. With the exciting lucky draw, the whole party reached a climax. The dance series “Dance for Life” performed by the little fairies from the Technology Center brought a wonderful beginning; the song “Lamp Tube” performed by the members from the Beauty Business Unit let everyone intoxicated; the sketch “Life” performed by the members from the Information & Engineering Department, the Administration Department, the Human Resources Department and the Beauty Business Unit allowed everyone to have deep feelings; the dance brought by the members from the Manufacturing Center turned the audience high; the final chorus “We Are All Dreamers” aroused everyone’s enthusiasm for the future work, with the hope that BIOREGEN can get better and better in the future.
What we have achieved in the past year is inseparable from the hard work of all BIOREGEN employees. In this annual meeting, the Human Resources Department successively granted awards such as outstanding newcomer, outstanding employee, management pioneer, management progress, management model, excellent team, etc., in order to commend the excellent BIOREGEN employees and encourage everyone to make continuous efforts in the coming year. We recognized and promoted employees who made outstanding contributions in 2021, both on and off the stage. Company is the most reliable confession of long-term love, and walking together is the most valuable choice. In this annual meeting, the Human Resources Department also commended the colleagues who had served for a total of five to ten years, and thanked all BIOREGEN employees for their perseverance and unity!
The whole annual meeting ended successfully in a harmonious, comfortable, passionate and joyful atmosphere, showing the vigor, enthusiasm, unity and enterprising spirit of BIOREGEN employees. Looking back on 2021, we have made concerted efforts for common harvest; looking ahead to 2022, we are full of confidence and momentum to make new achievements together.
